Returns Cost

We kindly ask you to bear the costs of all returned goods yourself. We offer you addresses for returns in United Kingdom (Europe)

Refunds

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any utilisations (eg. interests) have to be surrendered. In case you can't give us the received benefits back or only in deteriorated condition or in part, you are obliged to pay a compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the use or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. The term "examination of the characteristics and operation" means the testing and evaluation of the current item, as it is possible in a store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk and cost. Not parcel things are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us upon receipt.

Payment

Payment for goods is due when they leave our premises and the relevant amount will be deducted from your credit/debit card account. InterGourmandise reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. Payment by cheque or by sending cash is not possible. InterGourmandise  is not liable for any lost cheques or cash.

If you pay by credit card, the payment will be triggered one day after dispatch. The minimum order value is GBP 10.00.

The prices displayed in our shop exclude Tax. Delivery costs are calculated on top. There are no additional duties.

In addition to the prices we charge for deliveries 8 GBP per order. The shipping costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. For more information visit the shipping information page.

The prices are valid at the time of order. The validity of our limited offers are displayed in the shop, near the offer.

Additional information to payment methods you can find here.

Until full payment of all outstanding claims the goods stay in ownership of InterGourmandise.

Any propagation or publication of voucher codes or promotion codes/links is strictly prohibited.

We have the right to assign any claims.

Entering into contract

InterGourmandise will accept your offer to enter into contract by sending out the ordered goods to you. However, offers will only be accepted if there are no errors in the descriptions of the goods or their prices as shown on this website.

In certain cases, we may ask you for proof of identification and generally reserve the right not to enter into contract. Reasons for this could be that goods are not deliverable through the post and parcel services; that goods have been returned in the past; or that articles have been returned far too often.

InterGourmandise  runs an online database, which enables stock information to be current. Therefore, goods ordered are generally in stock and immediately ready for shipment. In the rare case that goods are not deliverable, InterGourmandise reserves the right to accept an offer in part. Delivery costs will be calculated on the order value and charged only once. As the actual product colours you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on order.

If you pay by prepaid purchase, the order contract is closed with the e-mail order confirmation.

It is possible to complete the purchase contract in English language.

Warranty claims are limited to a period of 1 week.

Our delivery times are stated in the shipping information. If there are any delays you will be informed about them immediately.
