The finest slices of Italian Black Truffles, cooked in the finest Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil. Again this product demonstrated superb depth and complexity of flavour.
Ingridients: 55% black summer truffles (T. Aestivum), 44% extra virgine olive oil, 1% salt & flavourings
How to use: Ideal for garnish, paste, rice, meat, seafood, eggs, sauces and cheese. Do not use with Lemon and strong spices.
Storage: Store in cool and dry place. After opening keep in 2-4 ⁰C for 15 days
